Slotora operates the Slotora mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Name, email address, phone number, and account role for account creation and sign-in
Business details such as business name, type, phone number, address, website, services, offers, and profile information
Location information when a customer updates their location or a business saves its store location for directions and nearby discovery
Appointment, booking, slot, cancellation, review, like, and business post information
Device notification tokens used to send booking, account, business, admin, and offer notifications
Payment-related order and payment identifiers for paid business features

2. How We Use Information

To provide booking services
To manage business listings
To show nearby businesses, directions, availability, reviews, and offers
To send account, booking, cancellation, offer, and business notifications
To process and verify payments for paid business features
To improve user experience
To communicate booking confirmations

3. Data Storage

App data is stored using Firebase services provided by Google. Authentication information is handled through Firebase Authentication. Payment processing is handled through Razorpay for paid business features.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share or process data with service providers that help operate Slotora, including Firebase/Google for authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, analytics-free app infrastructure, and push notifications, and Razorpay for payment order creation and payment verification. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security, or compliance needs.

5. Security

We use Firebase security rules, authenticated access controls, and secure service providers to help protect user information. Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in plain text by Slotora.

6. User Rights

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data. Visit the deletion request page for instructions.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, booking, business, payment, notification, and support-related records for as long as needed to provide Slotora services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain security. When an account deletion request is approved, associated personal data is deleted unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes.
