How to Delete Your Slotora Data

This page explains what data Slotora users can request to be deleted and what may be retained.
Data eligible for deletion
- Profile details associated with the account
- Stored personal information submitted through the app
- Saved location details and device notification tokens associated with the account
- Booking history associated with the account, unless retention is required by law
- Reviews, likes, business posts, and related app activity created by the account
- Business-related profile, website, search, availability, slot, and service data linked to the deleted account, if applicable
Data that may be retained
- Payment order or payment verification records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes
- Data required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security review
- Temporary backup data retained for a limited period before automatic deletion
Processing timeline
Valid data deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days.
Requested data will be processed and deleted within 7 days of receiving the request.
