This page explains what data Slotora users can request to be deleted and what may be retained.
Data eligible for deletion
- Profile details associated with the account
- Stored personal information submitted through the app
- Booking history associated with the account, unless retention is required by law
- Business-related profile data linked to the deleted account, if applicable
Data that may be retained
- Data required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security review
- Temporary backup data retained for a limited period before automatic deletion
Processing timeline
Valid data deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days.
Requested data will be processed and deleted within 7 days of receiving the request.
