What happens after the request
Your account profile will be reviewed for deletion.
Associated account data such as profile details, saved contact information, location data, notification tokens, bookings, reviews, likes, posts, and business profile data will be reviewed for deletion.
Payment, fraud prevention, security, legal, or compliance records may be retained where required.
Requests are usually processed within 7 business days.
Deletion timeframe
All account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of receiving the request.
