How to request deletion
- Send an email from your registered email address to hello@theroyalsvalley.com.
- Use the subject line Slotora Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and phone number in the message.
What will be deleted
- Your Slotora account profile
- Stored personal details related to your account
- Your booking history associated with the account, unless retention is required by law
- Business profile data linked to the deleted account, if applicable
Data that may be retained
- Records required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes
- Limited backup data retained for a short period before automatic deletion
Deletion timeline
We aim to review and process valid deletion requests within 7 business days.
